Physical Therapist
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at Elms Retirement Village.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to residents, initiating referrals as necessary in accordance with department procedures.
- Conduct regular screenings to determine the need for intervention or treatment.
- Evaluate residents to gather data for treatment planning and implementation, conducting specialized evaluations when indicated.
- C Coordinate treatment plans with residents, family members, and other team members.
- Implement and conduct treatments outlined in treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development.
- Current state licensure or eligibility.
