Job Summary:
The Senior Rehabilitation Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, initiating referrals as needed, and coordinating treatment plans with residents, family members, and other team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to quality care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide physical therapy services to residents, including screenings, evaluations, and treatment planning
* Initiate referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed
* Coordinate treatment plans with residents, family members, and other team members
* Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in treatment plans
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist
* Current state licensure or license eligible
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
