Elmwood Assisted Living in New Bremen is seeking 1 great person who want to make an important difference each day in the quality of life for elders. As a Hostess/Host you'd be part of a team whose energy, creativity and communication are valued and rewarded.
Few of the daily responsibilities of a Hostess/Host:
Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen is now hiring for a Full Time Dayshift Hostess/Host from the hours of 6:00am-2:30pm, 4 days per week. This position works every other weekend and rotating holidays. No experience necessary.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome residents with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Escort residents to their tables and provide drinks, appetizers, soups/salads, etc.
-Set up and tear down the dining room before and after meals. Wash and sanitize dishes.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure resident satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Assist with resident inquiries and provide information about our meal services
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle resident relations effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work well within a team and collaborate with other staff members
