What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hostess-(Part-Time) Dayshift position at ELMWOOD ASSISTED LIVING OF NEW BREMEN?
Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen is now hiring for a PartTime Dayshift Hostess/Host from the hours of 6:00am-2:30pm, 3 days per week. This position works every other weekend and rotating holidays. No experience necessary.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome residents with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Escort residents to their tables and provide drinks, appetizers, soups/salads, etc.
-Set up and tear down the dining room before and after meals. Wash and sanitize dishes.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure resident satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Assist with resident inquiries and provide information about our meal services
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle resident relations effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work well within a team and collaborate with other staff members
