Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and events . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on exceptional customer service and food preparation. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring quality service, taking inventory, and maintaining high standards within the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the hospitality services.
• Train, develop, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement training programs for staff development in hospitality practices and food service techniques.
• Monitor service quality and make adjustments as necessary to improve guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field within the food or event industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to train and develop staff effectively in hospitality practices.

Pay: $49,154.00 - $55,000.00 per year
