Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or fine dining settings, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for elevating the member experience . As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting members with menu selections, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions to assist guests in making informed choices, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the service process.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Build rapport with our members
Skills
- Previous experience in serving in a restaurant, event or fine dining environments is preferred.
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards.
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on member relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive interactions with guests and team members.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
