Elmwood Hills Health Care Center’s Activity Department is seeking to fill two PT weekend positions (9:30-5:30pm) every weekend & some holidays. We are willing to train the right perdon, do you love crafting, singing, dancing, storytelling, chatting with people? If so, come join our Team!

Certified Activity Assistant, C.N.A.'s (or a Bach. Degree in Soc. Work, or Psych, Pastoral Studies… perfect for recent grads) Certified Candidates will need to be able to write Progress Notes, Conduct Section F on MDS, and record daily attendance documentation in addition to planning and conducting engaging programs.
You will be working with multi-disciplinary staff to ensure that the safety needs of our patients are met. C.N.A.s are encouraged to apply for all opportunities listed, we would love to add you to our Activities Team. Part Time Non-Certified Activity Assistants, Day, Prefer experience but willing to train, applicants must have GED or High School Diploma.
Responsibilities include Planning and leading engaging groups and individual Activities for our L.T.C. population and our Dementia Unit. Non-certified Activity Assistants responsibilities are for conducting fun, engaging programing that engages our residents and maintains safety for participants.
