Job Title: Customer Solutions Coordinator
Position Overview:
As a Customer Solutions Coordinator in our roofing company, you’ll be an essential part of our Production and Operations team, responsible for ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to our customers. You’ll work closely with management to intake new work order requests, provide timely repair solutions, and coordinate the schedules for our service department to meet both customer and business needs. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills, who is driven, positive, and dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service requests, providing repair solutions and managing expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance work with our service personnel, ensuring efficient time management and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process to keep them informed, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to prioritize work orders based on urgency, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Mediate conversations between customers, vendors, and service teams to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
- Track and update work order statuses, keeping accurate records of all interactions and job progress in the system.
- Develop and implement strategies for streamlining scheduling and workflow processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably within the construction, roofing, or service industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- High level of self-motivation, positivity, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable mediating discussions between multiple parties.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in scheduling software, CRM systems, or similar tools (experience with industry-specific software is a plus).
