Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate. This role is a commission based role with four weeks of paid training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales territory by identifying potential customers and establishing relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospects.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
Experience
- Proven experience in territory sales or account management is preferred.
- Strong background in inside sales or retail sales is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
