Project Specialist – eLoghomes

We are seeking a Project Specialist for eLoghomes, a national marketer and producer of log home kits. The position is based at our corporate office in Nash County, NC. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to communicate with customers, assist them in finalizing the design of their log homes, and coordinating log home orders through to the delivery of each log home package.

The position reports to the Project Planning Team Leader.

Key responsibilities :

• Act as the key point of contact and project planning with assigned customers through multiple stages of design changes and confirmation, estimating, and preparation for the delivery of the log home package.
• Work with the Design Team to formalize changes on blueprints requested by customers to standard model designs.
• Prepare estimates on design changes with internal support, and communicate with customers on pricing changes.
• Track and monitor progress of all projects in CRM system, and regularly enter the key events and communications history with the customer. Utilize the CRM system to create follow up tasks.
• Generate incremental sales through influencing the purchase of options and upgrades to the models chosen.
• Communication of any changes in scheduling between customer and company.
• Execute invoicing and ensure on time payments for deposits and at delivery.
• Troubleshooting issues that may occur during the order processing stages to delivery.
• Coordinate delivery of package with customers and logistics manager.
• Create a positive experience for all customers of eLoghomes
• Special projects may be assigned as needed.
