Elon Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center -
Hours : Monday thru Thursday 9am to 2pm
Responsibilities but not limited to
Greet new admissions
Review demographics : update for statements
Secure payment method and responsible party POA, Financial Family Member
Petty Cash for residents on the 1st and 15th of each month
Petty Cash for facility submit report to the CEO
Submit bank deposit of checks for posting by the 15th
Send statements 20th
Manage Rate line report and submit changes that reflect any revenue changes prior to the last MEC. (month end close). (avoid retro rate decreases / increases that would change our numbers).
