Great opportunity for an experienced leasing agent or assistant property manager looking to take the next step in their career.
This is a traveling position in central Columbus, and that the sites are close together.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Three or more years of multifamily management experience
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- Extensive experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.
- A complete understanding of industry collection practices and policies
- Excellent computer skills are required to be able to navigate industry software/systems.
- The ability to multi-task
- Must be able and willing to walk a property several times daily - our managers and leasing consultants are out on-site walking apartment homes, checking marketing paths, and working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard.
