We have a Maintenance Supervisor position available at Rivers at Bluegrass. Rivers at Bluegrass has gone through a major renovation project that is nearly half complete. As a working Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with your support team.: Community Manager, District manager, and Regional Project Manager and/or Coordinator. We work together as a team to ensure we are delivering quality housing with excellent customer service while keeping the owners best interest in mind.

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
- Excellent scheduling abilities, and a proven leader who positively motivates their team through strong, hands on work ethic, knowledge, and a positive attitude.
- Experience in Yardi and/or offer excellent computer skills able to navigate company software
- Ability to ensure the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal
- Ideally no less than 5 full years of prior multi-family maintenance experience is a plus with strong focus on immaculate curb appeal, apartment upgrades, and customer service
No Less than 2 years of supervisory or management experience. Building and working with your team is the most important part of the job!
