As a working Maintenance Professional, you will work closely with your support team: Community Manager, District Manager, Regional Project manager, and Regional VP.
We are immediately hiring a maintenance technician at our South Indy location! Experienced maintenance technician needed!
Maintenance technician candidates should have excellent scheduling abilities, strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and a positive attitude.
You must have basic hand tools and dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get up alongside roofs of single-story constructions, respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.
General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
Annual Holiday Schedules ranging from 13-23 paid days off per year!
Maintenance on Single Story Construction - No 2nd or 3rd stories! No Pools! No Central HVAC Systems!

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry knowledge
This position does not require HVAC Certifications!
Basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
1 Years of apartment industry maintenance or construction experience.
