Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
Apartment maintenance skillset, with some HVAC knowledge.
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
1 years of construction and/or multifamily maintenance experience required
Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently
Commission and bonus eligible
