Ideal candidates :
- Five or more years of multifamily management experience
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- Extensive experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.
- A complete understanding of industry collection practices and policies
- Proven track record of working closely with service directors leading large maintenance teams
- Bi-lingual a plus
