Yardi experience is preferred but will train right candidate
Must have strong collections, sales/leasing, leadership attitude and abilities, resident retention, resident conflict resolution, strong administrative skills.
Must be able and willing to walk your community several times daily - our managers and leasing consultants are out on site walking apartment homes, checking marketing paths, and working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard
Off Saturdays & most Sundays (required to work 4 hours the 1st Sunday of every month)
