Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of multifamily management experience
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- Extensive experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.
- A complete understanding of industry collection practices and policies
- Proven track record of working closely with maintenance supervisors and leading large maintenance and office team
- The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in the industry with no less than 5 years of management of large teams and 10 years in the industry. This position would be ideal for someone with multi-site experience looking to scale back or someone looking to settle in long term on an important asset repositioning and renovation project. Compensation will support your experience and proven track record. Please list salary requirements.
- A strong financial background and understanding how to drive revenue and manage expenses along with standard monthly reporting
