As a Service Professional you will work closely with your support team: Community manager, District manager, Regional project manager, and Regional VP.
We are looking for an experienced maintenance who has excellent scheduling abilities, and a proven leader who positively motivates his/her team through a strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude. This position is full time and is a floating position through out Tallahassee. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story constructions, remove snow, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.
· General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
