Your talent should include:
At least 1-3 full years of apartment leasing experience!
An exciting and energetic personality!
An understanding of the importance and art of sales follow up!
Excellent customer and service and communication skills!
Excellent writing skills!
The ability to work well with a large team!
Yardi knowledge is a plus!
No Saturday hours, Candidate must be available every other Sunday.
Hourly based off experience & commissions/bonus eligible
