Job Description
Position Title: Image Review Associate I
Core Responsibilities
- Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
- Classifies documents and events based on contract requirements and training.
- Captures information based on client information.
- Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
- Sorts and categorizes images, documents, and files appropriately following guidance from client and management.
- Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
- Performs other office-related duties as assigned.
- Compliance with all policies and standards.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Has basic skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Experience working in an office environment and utilizing standard office equipment including computers and printers.
- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Communications skills
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work with a variety of computer-based systems.
- Dependability.
- Time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to type 30 WPM (words per minute)
- Must be able to adapt to changes in procedures and processes depending on the needs of the client.
