- Act as local Key User for SAP-PM and the OPRA system
- Create and maintain maintenance plans for production equipment
- Check that SAP-PM and OPRA are being used correctly (e.g. correct bookings, confirmations, purchase orders)
- Train the maintenance employees (e.g. in how to use SAP-PM and OPRA)
- Ensure master data and documentation in SAP-PM/OPRA are correct
- Provide local support for SAP-PM and OPRA rollouts
- Assist maintenance team with any questions regarding SAP-PM/OPRA
- Generate local, maintenance-related reports as requested by the Maintenance Manager
- Internal and external coordination of planned maintenance activities
- Develop, implement and manage corrective and preventative plans, including creation of maintenance priorities and schedules
- Maintain critical spare inventory for production for production equipment and building facilities equipment
- Leads team through 5s activities for maintenance area
- Supports safety through machine hazard analysis
- Associate's degree in industrial technology or equivalent of 2 years' experience in plant maintenance.
- Must have good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Electronic controls knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprint
- Troubleshooting PLC Controls / Programming preferred (not required)
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics' preferred
- Computer experience required (Microsoft, excel etc.)
