Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job
- Coordination of material handling team
- Operative work with team (working supervisor)
- Control of material handling processes to ensure compliance
- Primary contact person for Finish Goods to interface with all departments thru entire shift (phone)
- Responsible to identify and fix critical transportation orders
- Control, coordinate and communicate material handling routes
- 5s within material handling processes and areas
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies
- Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management
- Ensure availability of workplace resources and equipment
- Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback throughout projects.
- Responsible for Shift handover communication
- Responsible for the complete and accurate record keeping of inventory items into and out of the Finish Goods warehouse, bulk storage areas, and other site locations,
- Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures for warehousing and Repack operations and support of production operations.
- Resolve daily inventory issues by working with production team help resolve cogies when needed
- Set performance goals and project deadlines and align with Team Lead for larger plans.
- Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.
- Motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity
