- Leading the development of validated methods, tools, and templates for structural analysis.
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on complex structural analysis projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of structural analysis into product development.
- Developing and maintaining expertise in FEMAP, NX Nastran, Microsoft Excel, and MATLAB.
