Job Title : Sales Executive – Non-Asset FTL Truck Brokerage

Job Summary :
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing team in key markets across the United States. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue for our non-asset Full Truckload (FTL) brokerage operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics sales, a proven ability to close deals, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You will leverage your knowledge of freight brokerage and the transportation industry to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition :
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities to grow the customer base in your assigned market.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and communication.
- Sales Execution :
- Conduct sales calls, in-person meetings, and presentations to close deals.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Market Knowledge :
- Stay informed about market trends, freight rates, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and solutions to clients based on market conditions.
- Reporting & Analysis :
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer feedback.
- Utilize CRM tools and other technology to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
