Position Overview:
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial and retail construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and retail construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Conduct site inspections and address any quality or safety issues as they arise.
- Provide regular updates to clients and resolve any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and local building codes.
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial/retail construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and coordinating multiple teams.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
