Position Summary: They are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in commercial OR multi-family construction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a passion for precision in cost estimation and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for multi-family or commercial projects.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather data for estimates.
- Present estimates and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in commercial or multi-family projects.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
