Salary Range : $100,000 - $140,000
We are a well-established general contractor in West Palm Beach, specializing in a diverse range of projects including industrial / manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, private FBO and airport hangars, emergency response facilities, office buildings, and religious buildings. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of the management, coordination, and successful execution of these high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact deadlines
- Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and track project expenses to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Conduct regular project meetings and site visits to assess progress, review quality control, and ensure proper execution
- Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and forecasts to stakeholders and senior management
