With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they need a field leader to drive execution, safety, and quality on-site.
Responsibilities
🔹 Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up commercial projects
🔹 Oversee job site activities, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure timely completion
🔹 Enforce OSHA 30 safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
🔹 Conduct daily site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting
🔹 Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers
🔹 Lead subcontractor meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
🔹 Monitor material deliveries, workforce productivity, and project costs
🔹 Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations
🔹 Maintain strong job site organization and efficiency
🔹 Train and mentor field staff to promote professional growth
The Ideal Candidate
✔ 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects
✔ Proven success delivering projects in K-12, Healthcare, Community, and Religious sectors
✔ Strong tenure – no frequent job changes
✔ OSHA 30 certification required
✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and contracts
