Position Overview :
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to manage and oversee the construction of a wide range of projects, with an emphasis on healthcare facilities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must have direct experience working on medical and healthcare projects and be familiar with the unique requirements of building and renovating healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Schedule and monitor project milestones, resolving any delays or challenges promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work, addressing issues proactively.
- Foster a safe and productive work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA guidelines and other safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to track and report project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
