Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete customs clearance process for international shipments, including preparing and reviewing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international customs regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment discrepancies and resolve customs-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in trade regulations and advise clients accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure timely communication with clients regarding shipment status.
