Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Healthcare / Commercial projects.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather data for estimates.
- Present estimates and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
