Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient execution.
- Supervise and mentor subcontractors to achieve high-quality results.
- Inspect sites and address quality or safety issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and local building codes.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs and progress reports.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial/retail construction.
