Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the company’s executive team, driving strategic initiatives, growth, and operational excellence across all business functions.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the company maintains the highest standards in safety, service delivery, and operational efficiency, particularly in drayage, port operations, and supply chain logistics.

- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, regulators, and investors. Act as the company’s spokesperson and ambassador to ensure continued market leadership.
- Growth & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to position the company for future success. Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships as needed.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s assets, reputation, and long-term viability in a competitive market.
- Talent Development & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting professional development, employee retention, and a high-performance team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior executive roles, with a strong track record in the logistics, transportation, or drayage industry (preferably East Coast-based). Minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of drayage operations, port logistics, supply chain management, and intermodal transportation.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change, innovation, and growth within a complex and competitive industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
