What You’ll Do:
- Assist or lead on-site construction operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials
- Ensure safety and quality across the job site
- Collaborate with PMs, architects, and clients
- Help drive projects from start to finish
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in commercial construction (Superintendent or Assistant-level)
- Exposure to healthcare and/or K-12 projects preferred
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a leadership role
- Local travel within the Tampa area
Salary : $90,000
