About the Role :

The Vice President, Product Management for Platform Solutions will lead the product strategy, roadmap and flawless execution for our suite of platform services. This role is pivotal in driving growth, shaping the future of our platform's features, data infrastructure, AI integrations and platform direction. You will collaborate with engineering, commercial, content and sales teams to deliver exceptional value and achieve business goals.

This high-impact position requires leadership, technical expertise and a proven ability to manage complex challenges. You will inspire and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Development : Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and professional growth. Inspire high performance, challenge the team to meet ambitious goals and support continuous improvement.
Platform Strategy Execution : Shape and execute the product strategy for Platform Solutions by aligning features to customer needs, balancing market-driven improvements with strategic growth initiatives, and defining roadmaps that maximize organizational resources and market opportunities.
Technical Excellence : Lead with technical expertise to develop clear, actionable execution plans for complex initiatives, focusing on API management, AI integrations and scalable data infrastructure. Predict and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
Operational Excellence : Ensure all product management processes adhere to best-in-class standards, consistently delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
Seamless Platform Integration : Oversee the development of unified platform services, streamlining APIs, third-party integrations and cohesive user identity solutions. Enable scalable AI-powered capabilities across products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build sustainable relationships with leaders across engineering, marketing and GTM teams. Partner with commercial colleagues to ensure effective market positioning and successful product launches.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Evolve product metrics strategy, ensuring internal stakeholders understand key metrics. Drive data-informed decisions across the team and track performance against measurable outcomes.
Customer-Focused Innovation : Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate these into actionable platform strategies. Drive the creation of solutions that enhance user experiences and create market value.
Market Leadership : Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, including platform unification, AI innovation and market expansion, ensuring the platform remains competitive and future-ready.

Requirements :

Extensive experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS and B2B applications.

Experienced with platform solutions management in healthcare setting

Deep understanding of API management, user identity management, data infrastructure, and AI integrations.

Proven track record in scaling SaaS products and delivering complex initiatives on time.

Experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering skill development and professional growth.

Commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate and quantify opportunities, understanding how SaaS businesses are measured.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven and inquisitive, with an analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.

Excellent communication skills, with experience crafting executive briefings and building cross-functional relationships.

Experience with migration of multiple platforms and identity systems into a unified solution is a plus.

Experience integrating innovative AI technologies into product strategies is a plus.
