SALES ASSOCIATE POSITIONS
PART TIME AFTERNOON/EVENING/SATURDAY
FULL TIME DAYS MONDAY thru SATURDAY
Elsmore Swim Shop, one of the largest and most successful swim team dealers in the U.S., is seeking outgoing retail sales associates to join the team at our Minnetonka store. We have several part-time positions available - full time days, part time days or evenings, weekend days - and are willing to work with you on a schedule.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Important Skills and Requirements
- Knowledge of competitive swimming preferred
- Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems
- Knowledge of electronics sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
