Job Description:
The Injection Molding Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our injection molding facility, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of injection molding processes, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the injection molding plant's operations, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and workforce management.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed industry and customer standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, operators, and support staff to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and the facility complies with all standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in injection molding operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in injection molding processes, machinery, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrates ability to lead teams and manage projects.
