What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Strategic Partnerships position at Eltropy?
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships, who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue, expand market presence, and enhance our product ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with key technology providers, resellers, system integrators, and enterprise clients.
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
- Provide Sales Enablement training to the partner staff.
Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Develop partnership models that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Work with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies for partner-driven growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Increase partner participation in Eltropy’s annual events such as Emerge (User conference) and Leadership Summit?
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to explore integration opportunities and ecosystem expansion.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, joint webinars, and thought leadership content.
- Work closely with Sales to enable channel partners and drive joint sales efforts.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Define KPIs for partnerships and track performance against business goals.
- Conduct regular reviews and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure contractual compliance and manage legal agreements in collaboration with the Legal team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling successful B2B partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
