What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Engineer Intern for Professional Services position at Eltropy?
We are searching for an Implementation Engineering intern.
Fast, effective implementations of Eltropy software are critical to Eltropy and our financial-institution customers in the US. Role & Responsibilities:
- Support Implementation Managers on SaaS projects
- Contribution on multiple concurrent customer implementations of:
- Setup and configuration of functioning sandbox and production subdomains based on customer requirements.
- Eltropy’s platform, including Voice and AI Voice
- Integrations with 3rd party vendors including Fiserv, MeridianLink, Temenos, AKUVO, and MessagePay. These activities include setup, establishing connectivity, and testing in Eltropy customer’s subdomain.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues in concert with technical experts and drive fixes needed for go-lives
- Contribution on multiple concurrent customer implementations of:
- Educate customers and colleagues on financial service use-cases and key implementation and testing requirements
- Train customers how to implement and use all of Eltropy’s products and services.
- Customize content and deliver it for specific customers when needed.
- Improve the product
- Recommend enhancements relating to onboarding customers’ product-, technology- and service needs internally within Eltropy.
- During implementation, advocate internally on behalf of the customer to ensure that the agent- and caller experience is simple, effective, intuitive, user-friendly and flawless
- Ensure information security
- Adhere strictly to Eltropy’s policies and procedures related to security, confidentiality, availability and privacy
- Attend all trainings and awareness sessions related to security
- Report security events and incidents promptly through available channels of Eltropy
- Adhere to approval and authorization processes while handling, accessing, sharing, storing or processing Eltropy’s confidential information or data or personal data or customer information
- Responsibly and accountably handle sensitive information, protect access credentials, and manage data and information
What You Offer:
- Completed or working toward a BS degree in engineering or equivalent experience. Knowledge of AI/ML is preferred
- Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred; graduated or candidates entering their final year of studies in the academic year preferred.
- Initiative-taking self-starter capable of working independently and in a team setting
- Exceptional professionalism, work ethic, and very dependable
- Strong written and verbal communications, fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing job duties and deadlines.
- Possess effective communication, customer engagement, project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-function and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Cultivate relationships and exhibit interpersonal skills, teamwork, and business acumen.
- Banking or credit union experience a plus
- IT networking experience
- Ability to be onsite in our Santa Clara office 20 hours a week
