🔭 Position Overview:

Please note: This role is a 9 month fixed-term-contract (April-Dec 2025)

We’re looking for a candidate (Maternity Cover) with a minimum of 10 years of experience, with strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, great attention to detail and a proven record of driving multi-channel brand growth.

The Senior Marketing Manager is an effective leader and communicator, who will advice other Marketing teams, whilst collaborating with Data, Design, Growth and Product.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for healthcare and a high level of flexibility and commitment. He/She will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the 2025 marketing strategy and helping the business grow as fast as possibile.

🥥 The role in a nutshell:

Define and execute marketing strategies to grow Elty brand awareness, to influence conversion and retention metrics and ultimately the market share through a series of initiatives like PR, brand partnerships, social media and email marketing.

👷🏼‍♀️ Responsibilities

● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals

● Ensure a strong market presence and leveraging marcom campaigns (primarily through PR, social media and email marketing) to positively influence the full funnel and fuel the growth loop.

● Traslate product marketing teams’ needs into creative brief and plan Design and MarTech sprints with designers and developers to guarantee the delivery based on prioritization

● Build and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touch points while monitoring the main brand KPI and awareness.

● Own the website content, test and analyze the impact of brand activities on the business.

● Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance Elty market position and ultimately bring traffic to the website for referral and leads.

📐 Qualifications:

● 9-10 years of marketing experience

● Proven track record of effectively managing campaigns with the press, OOH, digital and social

● Ability to work cross-team and to manage external agencies and partners

● People management experience reccomended

● Experience in startups and/or the healthcare industry is a plus
