We are seeking a candidate to manage multi-discipline site design projects. This person will have the opportunity to work on private & public site development projects across various markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- This individual will serve a key function in managing the design and permitting of a variety of land development projects.
- Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.
- Develop new clients for the firm and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Perform zoning interpretation and prepare feasibility studies, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct stormwater management design : Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling, Erosion and Sediment Control (E&SC) planning, etc.
- Engage with regulatory agencies.
- Provide quality control of staff design & reports.
