Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Survey Project Manager to lead our surveying projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, project management, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, project management, and leadership skills.
Seven or more years of land surveying experience, including experience at the party chief level or related land development experience.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, roadway software, MicroStation, and Carlson principles.
NJ or NY PLS preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Survey Project Manager to oversee our surveying projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will :

Guide project teams effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Consult and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to meet project requirements.

Maintain close liaison with clients to resolve all project questions and issues.

Oversee all surveying and / or survey mapping activities, including review of project changes and budget updates.

Provide day-to-day assistance to survey crews in the field and / or CAD technicians.
