More about Elumynt:
We are an advertising agency that takes pride in the fact that we do things a little differently. Our mission is to amplify joy through profitable business growth. We truly take that mission to heart and try to infuse that ‘amplify joy’ mindset into every interaction we have and everything we do.
Our specialty is working with DTC e-commerce clients supporting them by expertly managing their advertising and developing their creative, marketing and business strategy. We focus our efforts on metrics that matter like EBITDA (profit) and CAC, unlike most agencies that simply report and optimize on vanity metrics (or as our CEO, William, would say, “garbage metrics”) like ROAS.
That’s what we do. But WHO we are is really embodied by our three core values. In 2022, we re-wrote our core values as part of an exercise to lay our foundation for the future. When we did this exercise, we first started with writing down all the adjectives we could think of that described our current team members already. They were words like “intelligent”, “inventive”, “kind”, “honest”, “funny” and so much more. We then distilled those adjectives to become our core values (that we were already living). These values are part of what has made us two-time winners of Inc. Magazine’s “Best Workplaces in America” award, so when we say it’s WHO we are today, that's only half of it. It’s also who we want to work with in the future.
- Be Accountable - We depend on one another, and our clients depend on us, to do what we say. We treat the clients’ business as if it were our own. We acknowledge our mistakes and learn from them. We find solutions, not fault.
- Be Innovative - We strive to make things better. We take risks, face challenges, and take measured bets to come out more experienced.
- Be Human - We are all human. We bring our real emotions and feelings to work each day, and that will always be supported. We help each other on hard days and celebrate each other on good days. We care deeply and do our best to lead with understanding and empathy for each other and our clients.
