About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director – Client Partner to join the team and lead strategic client engagements within the manufacturing sector. This individual will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions and services.
This is a high-impact role focused on account expansion, margin growth, and customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales growth and profitability for existing clients in and around Charlotte, NC.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand service and product offerings across assigned accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Promote solutions such as Warranty Management, Manufacturing Analytics, IoT, Salesforce, and other enterprise services.
- Maintain strong engagement and communication with client leadership to uncover opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship management, business development, and sales growth in a technology services environment.
- Strong background in the Manufacturing domain – this is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, manage complex client relationships, and deliver on strategic goals.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and services such as IoT, analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Comfortable working in an individual contributor capacity while collaborating extensively with internal delivery and technical teams.
