We are seeking a senior strategic leader with extensive experience in the Media & Entertainment industry to drive business growth, develop high-impact solutions, and strengthen executive relationships. The Practice Director – Media will be responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy, expanding the media business, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for a visionary leader who understands the media ecosystem, industry trends, and digital transformation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the Media practice, focusing on innovation and revenue growth.
• Define key technology solutions aligned with the evolving needs of broadcast, streaming, advertising, and digital media.
• Work with senior leadership to expand market presence and strengthen the company’s brand in the Media sector.

Business Development & Sales Growth:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
• Engage in strategic account planning and client acquisition to secure long-term contracts.
• Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.

Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement:

• Stay ahead of media industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI-driven content, digital transformation, and streaming innovations.
• Represent the company in industry conferences, webinars, and events as a thought leader.
• Develop and contribute to white papers, blogs, and research publications.

Executive Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the Media industry.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing digital transformation.
• Provide strategic guidance on new technologies, operational efficiencies, and monetization models.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, with expertise in broadcast, streaming, advertising, or digital content.
• 10 years of experience in solution selling and practice development in a technology services company.
• Leadership experience is a must – proven track record in managing teams, setting strategy, and driving execution.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, AI, and emerging technologies in the media industry.
• Experience in consultative and enterprise solution selling.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• AI experience in media solutions is a plus.
• Background in a large media-focused IT services company is preferred.
• A deep network within the media, streaming, or entertainment sectors.

Additional Requirements:
