    • Accounting Specialist Details :

  • Contract to Hire position
  • to $ / hour
  • First Shift
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including AR and AP processes.
  • Prepare, file, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Stay updated on tax law changes and provide compliance guidance.

    • Accounting Specialist Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong QuickBooks knowledge and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
