Accounts Receivable Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Part Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Timely process customer payments for multiple entities, according to company policy
Monitor customer accounts for late, partial and discount payments
Advise management regarding accounts receivables status
Organize and initiate collection efforts
Resolve accounts receivable issues appropriately and effectively
Balance integrated software systems weekly / monthly / , balance bank cash daily
Communicate with customers via telephone, email, mail, or in person to make arrangements on delinquent accounts
Perform reference checks of all credit apps and report findings to management
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with annual audits
Carryout out other tasks as required
Accounts Receivable Qualifications :
Proficient in MS Office, especially with Excel and Windows based software
Excellent written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills, especially with telephones and in a team environment
Strong sense of urgency and adhering to varying deadlines
Attention to detail, organized and able to multitask
Experienced in collections with good understanding of general business operating procedures
Minimum of 2 years accounts receivable experience and knowledge of basic accounting required
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / Great Plains software is a plus
Applicant may be subject to a background check
