Benefits Administrator Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Manage employee benefits & pension programs
Assist employees in understanding of benefits packages
Conduct new hire orientations & open enrollment meetings
Maintain medical & benefit filing systems
Enter changes & payroll deductions
Assist employees with claims
Review premiums & costs to suggest changes to plans
Assist employees who are planning retirement
Benefits Administrator Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in benefits, public administration, or business administration preferred
3 years experience with pension, retirement systems & benefits management
2 years of supervisory experience required
Working knowledge of payroll systems
Intermediate skills with MS Excel, MS Word, Windows & other software
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
