Bilingual Team Lead Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
- Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, performance management, and project coordination, all while utilizing bilingual skills to bridge communication gaps
- Assigning tasks and managing workload distribution among team members.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance.
- Monitoring team progress towards goals and addressing performance issues.
Bilingual Team Lead Qualifications:
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English and in Spanish
- Must have at least two years of experience leading a team within a production environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
